    Any tech wiz in here?
    What would be the best choice to run Lightroom CC, Microsoft Surface GO or Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 ???

    The Surface GO have more RAM but the S4 have more Processor, whats the most important for photo editing, ram or processor?
