lol, insane. $1200 repair cost at Apple versus $0-100'ish at a third party computer repair store.
I love Apple and my MacBook Pro 2018 but yes they do have insane repair costs.
- the 2018 MBPs are going to be a nightmare to repair, even compared to last year's models. SSDs are soldered onto the Motherboard! Data recovery almost impossiblmonospaced
