had a stupid cough and cold for 5 weeks and finally took a week off work - something i dont think ive ever done before
working through the overwhealming guilt of not being at work (the work ethic is strong with this one) and its bloody bonus month so hopefully it wont affect that as time off factors in to it.
works been really nice about it but my history with bosses leads me to believe i'll grt stabbed in the back at some point about it.
then again ive been here 3 years now and theyve always been good to me.
old habits and conditioning die hard it seems.
right back to coughing my guts up (8 steroid pills!!! fucking 8 of them... all in one go... im not a fucking body builder ffs)
