Show the user 200 people , like mug shots.
Ask the user to point to all the people who made a mistake e filing taxes.They will be thinking it will be a more then just one person, when they choice their first choice and find they are completed it will stick in their memory because they were not expecting it.
You could also track what person is chosen every time a user selects one. Find out what person the users thinks is an idiot based on looks.
As a bonus you could use the people from the event in the program, "you want a VR experience? We can put you in it just let us take your picture"
