So what age group is this aimed at?
If it has to be something simple use the number 24 as your base as it will give you a lot of good percentage options and visualizations.as for a board game you could use snakes and ladders.
100 spots on the board. 30 are ladders 30 are snakes what is the percentage of a snakes ladders, that sort of thing.
You could make this a bit more complicated as you move up the board. If you are on spot number 50 and there are 20 snakes 10 ladders before the end what percentage of the remaining tiles are good and what percentage are bad.
