Lost in all of this is the fact that Kavanaugh is another pro-corporate, pro-war Bush Republican who believes the President has unlimited powers.

I thought Trump supporters hated Bush Republicans...

He is on the record in favor of NSA surveillance and was working in the Bush White House during the time they engaged in "indefinite detention" (holding U.S. citizens without a trial) of anyone they suspected was a terrorist as well as torture.

Amnesty International issues rare call for halt on Kavanaugh nomination

In addition he sided with corporations over workers 87% of the time as a judge.

    https://www.citizenvox.org/2018/…

"During his 12 years on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, U.S. Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh decided or wrote an opinion against the public interest 87 percent of the time in split-decision cases in five key areas, including consumer, environmental and worker rights cases, Public Citizen found in a report (PDF) released today."

    • In other words he's a terrible choice putting aside the sex stuff but this apparently makes him qualified in the eyes of U.S. elites.yuekit

    • none of that is lost -- it's the sole reason dems don't want him in the judiciary, and it's the sole reason repubs do.Gnash
