    Holy hell I think I may have some psychological issue or burnt out syndrome.

    There are days like today where I can put max 1-2hrs of work and then I can't focus at all and just want to nap or surf the web or be outside.

    Easy tasks that would take 5-10 minutes take 2+hrs for me to accomplish. I just can no longer focus on work and sitting in a chair.

    Wish I had invested heavy in cryptos few years ago to be retired and just lay in the sun all day at a beach. Sigh.

    • I think about this a lot. There are some things I am happy to do for hours, but for some reason I just can't handle more than five minutes at a time with somemonospaced

    • get a bullet planner, human brain can make 3 sound decisions a day. Rest is questionable. At end of work day plan out what could achive.
      next Morning plan out.

    • I got myself a 15 hour glass, when I have to focus I turn it upside down and wont stop till its done.mugwart
    • limit dependency on computers. ie use pen and paper instead of note taking app.
      Limit accounts etc. I only have QBN/pinterest/(linke... in for work)

    • dont over work - switch off and stop self studying. was a killer for me.mugwart
    • stop looking screens at a ceratin time (10pm for me) and focus on my novel/read till about 11-12 and try and sleepmugwart
