I'm getting more and more existential thoughts and depression about my life in general and future.
I'm in my mid 30's and everybody (almost everybody) at my age seems in a relationship or married with kids. It seems their purpose to settle down and have offspring.
In my case I have a bit of a commitophobia. But at the same time would like a long term relationship again. But every time I do I also long for freedom. And just thinking of marriage scares me but most women want it.
But the older I get the more anxiety I get about staying single or "bachelor" forever and maybe not ending up with anybody, ending up lonely.
I also get feelings of nihilism quite often. Where I feel that nothing matters and has no point.
Maybe it's just a phase. Anybody can relate?
