Keeping my eye on these eBMX's
    https://www.lifeelectricvehicles…

They Kickstartered back in 2016 but havent delivered yet. Rumour is over the next couple of months they will deliver to buyers.

Been in touch with them and they've got a re-seller lined up in Austria for customers on my side of the world.
Gonna see what the price is and might grab one.

The lovely thing about it is that it doesnt look like an eBike. Looks like a pretty standard BMX. All black too so gagging for some lovely stickering! :)

    • Do you even shred bro? ;-)
I wouldn't get a BMX strictly for commuting which is the only valuable reason I see for making it electric.

    • Commuting in a BMX is fun only if you're already riding BMX. Making it electric would just weigh you down and take out the fun.soundofreason
    • If want something compact a 20" folding bike would seem like a better option.
Or get the Austin Augie (model from video) Fit Complete for half the price.

    • Oh, I'd use an eBMX to commute! I have two BMX's Mk1 and Mk2 Team Raleigh Burners been mine since the early 80s.microkorg
    • I love cruising on the BMX but going anywhere in Edinburgh on a BMX is a fucking nightmare cos it's so hilly.microkorg
    • So electric would make it a lot more fun. Plus a buzz to blast effortlessly past lycra-clad racers. ;)microkorg
    • Reason I like cruising and exploring on a BMX is that you can get away with going on pavements etc on a BMX at cruise speed on layback seat ;)microkorg
    • If you're riding 80s bikes then the e-bike could be an improvement. Different strokes for different folks. Shred on!soundofreason
