@mugwart: In my case, it's kind of just luck. Ad agency life is notorious for the long hours, and I think I just happened to arrive when there was a lull in the general agency craziness.
Having said that, the owners have made the point that they respect a healthy work-life balance, so we'll see if they actually stick to that.
