  I got 3 separate inquiries to my availability for web development work today. I had to tell them all i was booked until the of October and they all pretty much were fine with the wait.

  Is there really just high demand for development work or just a shortage of quality devs?

  Freelance has been blowing up for me in the past 6 months but when i started 3 years ago it was so slow to get rolling.
