small box 1bedroom apartment with a nice patio - though the flooring of patio seems like it is an abscess of mold and haven for mosquitoes. windows facing beautiful backyard, (bedroom and living room) bedroom near neighbors backyard patio as well -- how loud are they, can't tell till moved in.
no dogs or cats allowed, 2 floors above you one floor below you (who is the landlord)
one block from train. 1/mo brokers fee. 0 vent in tiny kitchen nor bathroom toward the front of the apartment.
