the problem with a right wing utopia is its based on capitalism which is deeply flawed not unlike socialism.
in a right wing utopia the rich get richer and the poor get poorer the problem is everyone wants to be rich so its a vicious cycle (much like it is now)
it would need to be tempered by some sort of globally accepted link between pay at the top and bottom end of the scale with dividends payed down within a business - potentially in the form of shares to keep investment within a company.
these could of course be sacrificed by the owner.
it would also have to have all the legal loopholes removed that stop the richest avoiding paying their share.
with earnings tied to performance everyone should profit from hard work.
fair taxation would handle social issues.
governments would need to be elected much as they are now but with better rules around bribery/lobbying and post service employment/benefits.- it would probably be better to pension off officials and not allow them to work for profit after service with renumeration tied to gdp or improvements in living standards.
lastly a conservative approach would do away with labelling and treat everyone equally as "people" (accepting some may have different medical needs). sexual orientation, colour, race, religion would all need to take a back seat and not allowed to influence legislation.
sounds far fetched? wel;l thats why its a utopia.
