    The conspiracy theories[1] regarding hindering R&D / production of alternative birth controls for men besides the condom can also be made against the "matriarchy", claiming that would give men more control over their reproductive rights and bring change to the legal system that doesn't accommodate "paper abortions"[2] thereby forcing men to pay child support for unwanted pregnancies.

    The lack of paper abortions also makes sex scary to a point that if she says she's using birth control but you don't trust her enough, you wear a condom (partially ruining the experience and portraying mistrust), or go back to tradition and only sleep with someone you are ready to a have a family with.
