as for legalities and such, i would assume that your firm uses one regular lawyer for contracts etc. (assuming you are a fairly small firm)
call that dude up and get him to check.i dont know if the cease and desist thing would work after the catalogue was published. but then again i am not much very educaterized on the subjectness.
