Purchased a book today and the intro page had a typo. I went into a fit of rage, internally (I was on transportation reading).
I actually enjoy typos, outside of a publishing. It doesn't bother me to see in professional emails even, but if I pay for a book by a publisher I expect the writer to have their shit together.
Is that bad?

-__-pango - I hardly tolerate them in professional email. Total disappointmentmonospaced

- mono - I don't know. I've been easing up on things as time goes on, used to take it personally but life is too short. But via a publisher... want $ backnotype
- Same. I just don’t consider someone very “professional” when they can’t be assed to write like one. It’s NOT too much to ask to communicate correctly IMO.monospaced
- Typos I can look past anyway. They happen! It’s the flat out incorrect words and misuse of punctuation that really get me. People who simply don’t know correct.monospaced
