Depends on what your budget is for the app.
Cheapest would be to outsource to indian/chinese app company but you do get what you pay for and really have to be on the ball to keep them in line and make sure shortcuts are not taken.
Problem is if they build it sub-standardly and you're not happy with it then take it to a 'good' app building company then they might just to tell you to scrap it and start again.
