I'm obsessed with watching this live stream of Kilauea in Hawaii. A couple weeks ago, my 3 year old daughter heard the word "volcano" on the radio in the car, and asked what it was. We went home and watched some videos so she could learn about them, and pretty much every other day when we get home after work she asks to watch "volcanos for kids" on YouTube, because there are a bunch of great educational videos. So far she's learned that lava is hot, you shouldn't touch it, it turns into rock when it cools, we don't have volcanos in Illinois, and they make the same "boom" sounds as thunder and fireworks. :D

    • Particularly cool about this video is that at night, you can hear crickets, and other nighttime sounds, all while this thing is just belching out lava.mg33
    • a rooster has just cackledOBBTKN
    • when watching this with my daughter, she heard little kids, and was confused about why she couldn't see them.mg33
    • I wish I knew how far away this camera is located.mg33
