  ^ WD has been the only brand that has given me 3+ years of life each time — on both desktop and portable drives.

  Lacie, Seagate, Toshiba have all failed within 6 months.

  • i lost 3 WDs just last year and they were all under a year old, i think living so close to the beach is a factormoldero
  • i did lose my mac pro trash can as well, it was only 2 years old. salt air rots electronics “like no one”moldero
