Apparently I breathe heavily at night (in intervals, somewhat Darth Vador like kind of intensity) -- had to record myself over night to be sure.

Anyone have this or know what brings it on?
What'd you do to stop it?

    Could it be stress?

    • Does your house suffer from mildew or humidity at all? Conversely, is it dusty?detritus
    • It's not ventilated well. New building, but I sleep in a smallish/not too small room with an HVAC (usually on) door closed...notype
    • Yeah, it may be a little humid... usually feel it when walking in from outside.notype
    • Go: Dehumidifier; New pillow, with drops of lavendar oil underneath; Eye mask; Clean duvet that someone tucks you into tightly before you sleep.detritus
    • If you drink booze before you sleep, try not to, and don't eat too late. My sleep breathing can be all over the place when I'm not on best form.detritus
    • Failing that, ear plugs for your partner.detritus
    • this is all amazing advice. I thought humidifier / humidity was good for the skin though?notype
    • it's all in balance. Air too dry isnt great for your breathing. If y ou can afford an air purifier I'd defo get thatmugwart
