Yeah dude, you get that card, and you download a program and you can burn 5 games to the flash card. When you pop it in it's like a regular game startup but it comes to a menu screen and you can choose a game.
The roms are harder to come by, you can get them off IRC or through BitTorrent sites.
That site has packs of the GBA games you can download. Like 500 games at once. You have to install BitTorrent which is easy to learn if you google search it.
