Set, without giving away your whatever special magic you put into your sauces (you know you do) can you roughly outline your process — or link to a recipe that approximately mirrors what you do?

I'm a big fan of chili sauces, but I don't like them too vinegary nor too hot — it sounds like your direction's the sort of thing I like (actual depth of taste, etc).

    Or not, you cunt.

    • You can just google habanero sauce recipe to get a basic understanding of how to do it. Maybe weaker chillies, tone it down with some tomato, carrot, fruit etcset
    • Mix some new flavours in there, experiment. It's fun!set
    • I make a fucking mean one caramelising the onions first in butter, but that won't last long in the fridge. Worth it though!set
    • Was that unsatisfactory? :)set
