    I made this twice and the whole family has loved it! We also think it cured our youngest from the flu.

    ** follow it exactly, especially the spices. **

    The only changes I made were:

    -I had my own home made stock from the day before
    -I used fresh tomatoes
    -I used white meat
    -I added carrots, celery, Serranos, and chayote, with the first veggies that get sauteed.

    I topped it with avo, homemade corn chips that I fried up, small cubes of Monterrey Jack, a dab of canned Chipotles, and a squeeze of lime. Oh, and definitely add the corn, frozen or canned.
