  got in an ICO with 1 ethereum (around $300), 2 weeks later exchanged those tokens for 1.8 ethereum($450)

  Find an ICO "in the product stage" and enter this craziness from there.
  There are a bunch of ICOs but they are all in whitepaper stage in which you have to wait a long time until you see your coin getting traded and if you're lucky it's value goes up.

  • clarification - 1 eth was 450 when I sold it, and I was able to get 1.8 eth with those tokens.Beeswax
