excellent first site.
one thing - the scrolling ease looks nice but makes it kinda hard to read the scrolling text. you know when you stop scrolling you want to be able to find where you were and read it, not wait a few secs for the ease effect to finish. in the work description area bottom right there is only room for 4 lines of text so if you scroll down it eases off the screen before you can read it! maybe that's just cos i'm on a slow mac.
also I clicked on "about us" and then "work" and when the work headers etc came up the about us stuff was still up behind it, don't know if that was meant to happen?
but overall good work, well done.
