    You need to use Adobe Media Encoder, comes with Creative Cloud (or you can purchase a native exporter for AE from aescripts.com). From AE, Export > Add to AME Queue. Make it as small as possible, like 1024 width, not 8000px width, then export out using H264. You'll need to play around with the settings to get the lowest possible file size while having acceptable quality (it'll be different based on YOUR content, someone else's usual settings doesn't mean it'll work the same for yours). It's probably a 7GB H264 right now because they just jacked up the settings all the way up to give you something closer to ProRes.
