    ha, actually that's not far from the truth rasko.

    I ordered this thing from Germany a few years back, and now it's broken - So I call them up thinking I would find shit out with the little German I know (yeah right), and I understood that it's not covered if it's over a year old (which it is, by a week), however I am entitled to "Kurlantz" if I bring it to them in person.

    Now what the hell is that? It would make sense if it means "goodwill" - so is it?
