a friend of mine started a hotsauce company a few years back.. some of the best sauces i have ever tasted..
called Red Clipper..
Flavours include
Jalepano, green tomato and coriander (cilantro for you yanks)
Red Habenero, cayanne and Tomato
Habenero, mango, rockmelon and lime
Habenero, Green Papaya, mango and pimento
I have to say, and this isnt because he is a homie, these are hands down some of the tastiest fucking sauces i have ever had.. spicy but not over the top, but the flavours.. shit is bonkers
- Jalepeno and the rockmelon lime are my favs.. the Jalepeno especially, it lasts like 2 weeks before its slammedautoflavour
