that block of flats had a 10million pound makeover...
on what!
they were no fire alarms sounding to alert the people living there.how the fire tracked up the building is beyond me, there is meant to be things put in place to contain the fire in what ever flat it started in.
it started on the 2nd floor.
those poor poor people.
