Im not sure if Trump actually said they would defeat ISIS in 30 days. I believe what he said was he wanted his military leaders to come up with a plan to defeat ISIS within 30 days.
I hate to defend Trump, but I dont think he said they would be defeated in 30 days. He is really dumb, but im not sure even he is that dumb to say something like that.
