The Senate just passed 4 a.m. nightlife bill - allowing, but not requiring, local communities to let their bars and nightclubs serve alcohol until 4 a.m.
Scott Wiener: "Nightlife is hugely important to California's culture and economy, and it's time to move away from our outdated one-size-fits-all approach to last call."
