Use melatonin to induce sleep, not marijuana.
Marijuana is habit-forming (I know, it's been a habit of mine for more than 20 years) and if too relied upon risks making you wake up fuzzy-headed and daft.
Melatonin is the (or 'one of the') hormones your body uses to regulate sleep cycles, so read up on it and begin to be a bit stricter with yourself where technology usage is concerned. Also, consider using some sort of red-filter for screen devices so that you can trick your body into seeing sunsets rather than sunrises.
Ideally, melatonin should become a tool you use to a schedule now and then only ever occasionally thereafter.
Oh, and get a sleep mask - yeah they feel stupid, but if you have blue light leaking in to your bedroom and are sensitive to it (as I feel I am) it'll disrupt sleep Like No Other.
- Also, do you mean 'CBD'? - because if you do insist upon using MJ, look for high CBD strains or, better yet, get a CBD vape and use it alongside.detritus
- If you can get Moroccan hashish, go for that - it's 'high CBD' (or, rather, not 'low CBD' like skunk and modern strains).detritus

- I tend to fall asleep with headphones in, listening to podcasts. Same effect.
+4 chance of Strangulation too!detritus - I use a t-shirt to cover my eyes and a sound machine. Both wonderful.formed
- From what I've read, low doses of CBD (<15mg) actually promotes wakefulness, whereas large doses >150mg puts you outformed
- I use a t-shirt too :) long sleeved. I broke three sleep masks before...detritus
