As pointed out above, data combined with design, design that can be proven to drive data, etc. I just read a bunch about the consolidation with large ad agencies buying up small boutique design firms. This way they can have "cool" designers but back it all up with superior data and a full spectrum of services that can reach across the world.
I think it'll be interesting to see how much "data" means more money. I am fairly naive on the subject and should be learning more about it...just in case people want to paste links :-)
