So, after almost 9 years I've been told the two design positions where I work will now be made into one – redundancy is on the cards. I have to compete with the other designer for my job and thinking, is there any point? Time to move on?

I think I've learnt more from QBN about the design industry over the last however many years than I have working here to be honest.

    • sometimes situations like that are good impetus in making you do something different yep.fadein11
