Go to a sports shop that checks your gait and style. Makes a huge difference.

I had a pair of Reeboks that fucked my feet up every time I went past 2K.

I went to a 'Run and become' and got 'tested'. Turns out I have an unusually heavy, toes first bounce. Super cushioned Asics were the answer. Can chew miles in them with no blisters at all.

    • I did this (when Sports Authority existed), now it's impossible to find a selection anywhere. Brooks also work, but I just got tired of the atrocious designsformed
    • and decided to try Nike againformed
    • Those places just to sell you insoles you don't need. Let's test your feet, ooh look they're fucked, that'll be another $100.MrT
