btw, Brits - if you see Gourmet Burger Kitchen patties in Sainsburys and think "Ooh, they must be good at twice the price", they're not — just get the Sainsbury's Steak burgers which when cooked well are pretty damn good.
Whilst you're in Sainsbury's duck into the ham and pre-cooked chicken aisle and pick yourself up some of this stuff. I've had to stop buying it as I was making myself sick at work here, but it is *excellent* as a bacon substitute in burgers...
