I loved Ghost In The Shell but I'm not going to watch this.
I was already annoyed with the lack of asians in american entertainment. I am reminded of it every Halloween.
I do not want to dress up as a white character. Just my thing. Its like watching a white person dress up as a black character. A big part of costume becomes about you dressing up as another race.
I'm stuck with being a no name character like "a ghost buster" or "a zombie" and so on. It's either that a martial artists like Bruce Lee or something offensive like "Short Round".
It's not wrong that they picked SJ to play the main role. Its not wrong that they picked white actors to play asian roles. It just gets annoying that whenever they get an obvious opportunity to pick an asian for an asian role they dont. Im annoyed.
