2nd one is much better
I don't mind that font, it's a bit different innit. Take off the outline's though and reduce the size. I'd suggest taking off the big orange image too as its a bit of a nothing thing, if that's an image space, then stick something meaningful in. Just to be a right bastard, I'd take off the rectangles that hi-lite the sections too, the text is emboldened so you know they are sections, the rectangles are a bit ugly. oops, I tihnk I just stripped away all the 'design'.
