  You forgot the peninsula Shellie =P
  The Balboa peninsula is the Newport Beach party zone. Beach front properties, Traffic/Parking is a bitch if not impossible and there are lots of partiers brah.

  Shellie is right, you have to check out Taco Loco. Get the Mushroom Tofu burger and you'll be hooked. I was, and I don't even like tofu.
