If you're having problems you should talk to a physiotherapist.

He'll give you exercises to strengthen your forearms and you'll be set. This whole peripheral business is a bullshit solution to a real problem, your muscles have atrophied to the point you can't even push a mouse around.

You are in need of exercise, not a new mouse.

Start deadlifting if you really want to see some real results. If you can deadlift your bodyweight, you're not going to get hurt by tiny repetitive movements.

    • it's more that using wacom pen, my fingers are in pain. Tried standard mac mouse, and 15mins in, it's painful. Too low. So considering a vertical mouse.fruitsalad
    • have a pull up bar near my desk, so ok for exercise.fruitsalad
    • that almost sounds like arthritis or arthrose...zarkonite
    • Oh god, never use an Apple mouse if your hands are in pain. You may as well smash your fingers with a hammer.face_melter
    • I tend to push the mouse with the base of my hand rather than grip it with my fingers and pull, means my hand is relaxed all the time.
      This sounds filthy.
