There was a little program called "COREL CAPTURE". Part of Corel Draw.
You will get older Corel Versions very cheap on eBay. (Corel 9 for example, but i dont know if it works with WIN XP)
You may also go to zdnet.com, "DOWNLOADS" and search for "screenshot" or "screencapture". There is some Freeware / Shareware.
