    I began to think every host is based on someone real.

    So William might be based on MIB's youth, when he first came to park, and they can be in the same timeline now.

    This was also what that Board girl had said. The goal of Delos is not to entertain people, it is to collect information about people.
    Hosts are collecting this info from guests for years and certain new hosts are maybe being built on that.

    In the future they can replace the real ones in real life with their own clones. Maybe they already did.
