Hey Hombre!
I live 7 years in Amsterdam.
One weekend is short but as you don't smoke can be enough ;)
Depends what your priorities are.
I need some time to compile stuff as I'm working right now but can recommend the following:
If you like Museums maybe give a try to the Stedelijk and to the Eye
But if you're there only for the weekend maybe it's a waste of time to go to a Museum...
You can skip the Heineken Experience and the Flower Market as well.
I don't know if you want to go to some concerts.
But you could try Paradiso or Melkweg.
If you like alternative stuff try the Occi or OT301

- The Flower Market is just a big scam for tourists so to speak. There's the university's Botanic garden, now that's really nice.
