    It's a bit overkill IMO but developers love it for tracking issues. It also records time so you don't have to.

    One thing it did do, expose the incompetence of managers. Tasks would get done and build up in review or get rejected because of insufficient info.

    If like me, your experience of most PMs was to simply forward client emails without consideration, this product is for you.

    • I've also worked in a place that used Bugzilla for issue tracking. It has an interface like MyPHPAdmin.monoboy
