We use Clarizen and the entire company was trained the the fullest extent possible to use it. The project managers are the ones who really need to use it constantly, the rest of us on the UX and creative teams really just use it to log time and expense sheets.
What I hate the most is that you can't create an expense sheet template like we could on a previous application. I go the same place once or twice a week to work on site with a client. Every single week I have to log those trips, no ability to duplicate a previous expense sheet. Have to choose project code, department, state the distance, have to set the reimbursement amount myself, choose the reviewer (my boss). It's crazy beyond belief.
