My 9-to-5 is in the process of undergoing a SEO (Search engine optimization) overhall too. Definately lose the frames. Another thing you can do is set all your CSS and Javascript files to link out to separate files instead of placing the code directly in the page. The sooner there is actual content. the better the ranking in some cases.
