Phil Schiller says more than 16GB of RAM means worse battery life, one guy emailed him and he got that reply. You can configure a Dell Precision 7000 with up to 64GB of RAM.

The 13inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar has 2 thunderbolts gimped (reduced PCI express bandwidth), only 2 of 4 work at full speed. This doesn't happen on the same 13 inch model without the Touch Bar:
