lots of exercise including sex, lots of water, get outside and do something as soon as you can , staying inside is the worse : have a walk in the evening before going back home etc..
bubble gums helps too, any stupid thing you can put in your mouth instead of a cigarettedon' t go for a big night out with smokers for a t least 10 days... or you won't resist
stay calm when you feel an urge to smoke.. breathe.. think positive : u're giving yourself 10 / 15 years of extra life
