    So I guess you gotta have a smartphone to use these? I was hoping to get my folks one, something to help them see how useful it can be to just ask to play a song, but they are still resistant on the phone thing to maybe a little premature. Oh well, seems fun.

    • Aren't they self-contained? The apps are loaded into the devices' system and add functionality. Maybe you need an app for initial setup.face_melter
