Had a one year old bottle of Dogfish Head's 120 Minute IPA over the weekend and holy fuck. Probably one of the single most near perfect beers I've ever tasted. So complex. Shame their near impossible to find near the Twin Cities, 18+ ABV & $12+ a bottle...
